Happy (belated) New Year! Here’s what we’ve been up to recently

New Study Launched We are so excited to announce our new study! Click here to learn all about it.

All research at Duke that involves human participants requires approval from the Duke Health Institutional Review Board. Health and safety first!

Carolina MS Researchers Forum The Carolinas MS Researchers Forum is a unique regional event that fosters collaborations in the MS research community.  Simon presented work on oxysterols, cholesterol derivatives naturally made by our bodies. Oxysterols show some promise for mediating inflammation and promoting remyelination.

Simon and Carlos, who is instrumental to the Carolinas MS Researchers meetings, chatting before the meeting starts.

Plug for Our Peers Our colleagues at Duke DREAMS have also launched a new study. MS Mosaic‘s study uses an app for Apple devices. The app collects information on individual experiences of MS that benefits both researchers and the people using it.

Kannapolis MS Society Walk It’s that time of year again: Kannapolis, NC National MS Society Walk! Join us for this fun and rewarding event.
